Premier Membership
Premier Membership is only required if you need to use the messaging system. Therefore if you cannot find a room or a tenant you wish to communicate with or wishes to communicate with you, it is unlikely you will end up paying anything.
One of the reasons for introducing this system is to reduce the likelihood of scammers using the site with fake adverts. The fact that they need to make a payment by card to contact you is just another filter for those who operate illegitimately.
The premium access fee of only £5 is extremely good value when other site charge unto 10 times or more.
