Nicely decorated larger than average box room to rent contains single bed, desk, hanging rail and drawers, also a central heating radiator during winter months and WIRELESS Internet. This is a family home and the bathroom with shower will be shared, there is a downstairs WC and sink. Access to a modern fitted kitchen is available, if required a small beer fridge can be supplied in the room (or utility room) for storage of own food. Access to washing facilities also. There is a nice garden to rear with patio and an undercover drying area. We are a mature, fun loving and friendly family; my daughter being 19 and my son 21. The house is situated within 5 minutes of the Holyhead public house, Morrisons, McDonalds and B&Q etc with several regular bus routes, however walking into town can be achieved in aprox 20 mins. The room will be cleaned weekly with fresh linen. B&B and evening meal (plus packed lunch if requird) can be offer at an additional £25 per week. On road parking available.
