I have a double room available on the ground floor of my home, you will have shared use of the downstairs bathroom and kitchen. The room contains a double bed, settee and table and chairs and storage area.
Our current lodger has been offered council accommodation after staying here for 2 years, hence the availablity
We are on the main Exeter bus route so links to the town and city are great. You would also have a parking space.
We are looking for someone friendly and reliable hopefully to stay with us for a considerable length of time!
