I have a comfortable clean and bright spare room in Worthing to rent to one person, preferably a mature female. It is a comfortable large single room with a new 3ft bed, desk, wardrobe and TV point. WiFi connection also available. The bed in the picture is a double and I used to rent the room as a small double. Now I have a new single in there hence it being a 'large single room' now. The flat is all electric. We would share bathroom which has a bath and an electric power shower. There is no seperate WC.
West Worthing station (trains to Brighton, Chichster, Gatwick and London) is at the top of the road and it's an easy walk to the town and the beach. There is street parking outside and I have a side entrance where you can keep a bike if you have one.
I am female in my 50's (but that's the new 40 these days) and the owner/occupier of this lovely spacious Victorian ground floor two bedroomed garden flat. If you have a love of gardening that would be an added bonus. I have a sunny patio ideal for a lazy breakfast outside at weekends in the Summer.
I would like to share my home with a tidy, non-smoker, and happy person who likes a quiet and peaceful life. The rent is £400 per month inc bills with two week deposit. I do need references please including employers if possible. This is just to assure me that you are able to pay the rent once you have moved in.
