The house is rather 'tardis' like and in a very quiet safe area in the suburbs of Hull. It is ideally situated for the A63/M62 and very close to Castle Hill Hospital. I am about 6 miles from Hull City Centre and 8 miles from Beverley. The house is close to supermarkets and within very easy walking distance of local bus routes.
You will have your own large bathroom with large bath including shower mixer tap, basin and toilet.
I have 2 downstairs reception rooms and a very small kitchen due to the house having the original pantries. It is functional, quaint but small. All rooms are shared apart from my bedroom and loft.
I have a garden which the birds love!
I am looking for Monday-Friday rents.
