hi there my name is lisa and i am 28 years old. i have a double room to rent in my spacious,clean modern 3 bed semi detached house in braunstone leicester. the house is close to everything you could possibly need. 2 mins down the road in two directions you will find shops, there is a bus stop which goes into town centre (10-15 mins) 30 seconds away. there are 3 big parks within 10 mins walk. there is a library with a social club across the road that takes 3 mins to walk to.there are chip shop/takeaway places,post office and more convenience stores within 5 mins walk. also a health centre,kfc,blockbusters within a ten minute walk.there are buses that go into town and to the fosse park shopping centre nearby.the room is a good sized double that has been newly painted with a brand new double bed and mattress. it is furnished with a built in cupboard, small wardrobe and a chest of drawers. desk is optional (with chair) in the house you will have shared access to a living room,dining room with large table and 6 chairs and a condenser dryer(no ironing:). kitchen with all u need. washing machine, cooker,dish washer,microwave. large bathroom upstairs with shower over bath. there is parking to the front of the property and if needed a driveway you could use a few doors down if needed. there is a large rear garden with a large grassed area. double doors open onto a decked area with table and chairs. to the side of the house there is a built on small garage for storage of things like bikes and tools.now come to the room mates:-) this will be me and my 6 yr old daughter. i am 28 and a full time working mum. we like to cook and have fun in the garden,go to the park and go for long walks in the summer. we are not very loud but we do have giggling fits occasionally. this will only be until 7.30pm when its her bedtime:) we just need someone to come and share our home as its far too big for two little ladies. we are looking for someone who is friendly and clean and tidy. respectful of noise levels and the house. we like to be sociable and have friends and family over for bbqs in the summer. if this sounds like something you would like to be apart of then please get in touch. we look forward to hearing from you.
