I am a professional myself, originally from South Africa and work in the city, so am normally out early and home late. I am also a keen exercise enthusiast and have done my fair share of Triathlons, Duathlons and Half Marathons and am normally out most Saturday's doing some form of training followed by socialising with friends around London and its many bars or restuarants or seeing my girlfriend.
The flat itself is an open planned two bedroom conversion with TV and satellite in the room, off street parking and full use of all amenities.
The property is walking distance from East Croydon and also on the tram stop through to Wimbledon and Beckenham.
I am looking for a like minded individual that has a healthy appitite for socialising, chatting and happy to chip in with the cleaning every so often. I am a pretty laid back guy and hopefully you will be too.
