I am renting a recently renovated, newly carpeted room. The room is in my home which is a 4 bedroomed detached property with a lovely relaxing garden inclusive of patio area.
The property is in a lovely respectable quiet location of Witham however the town, supermarket and train station is closeby to walk. I am currently re-doing the house and the upstairs of the property is nearly finished. The property boasts a new bathroom with shower and will soon have a lovely new kitchen. The house isnt a building site everywhere is calm, neat and tidy and very clean however due to the DIY I am willing to reduce the cost of the room.
I live on my own with my nearly 2 year old son. I am a full time working professional, very easy going and just lookng to share my home to help me to get to the next chapter in my life.
I have all the modern things such as internet, washing machine, cooking essentials, sky etc. Although gas, electric and water is included I will expect the person to provide their own food and pay a contribution to the council tax.
If you would prefer a furnished room I can supply furniture however I would add this to the overall cost of the room per month.
