There are two snug furnished double rooms available 10th May 2013. NO DEPOSIT NEEDED. Wireless broadband, sky tv and phone are also included. The total cost of the room is inclusive of bills-water, gas, electric, sky package with phone tv and internet, council tax, tv licence etc and even kitty (toilet rolls etc) will be £400 per month inclusive. The house is an end terrace, doubleglazed and there is a patio back garden. Despite how the location must seem, it is pretty quiet here and the neighbour is really nice. There is an utility room as well as a bathroom (so 2 toilets) and there is a large living room. The house is quite quirky, creative, and very homely. Most things are provided for such as utensils, cutlery, plates, toaster etc. I am looking for someone who is happy to share cleaning duties so is relatively tidy, but also someone who is friendly, respectful and reliable. The house is situated near the town and the station (15 min walk max) so if you cannot drive either it would be ideal. There is a Co-op on the same road and a Chinese, and there is also a fish and chip shop nearby. The situation of the house offers several different walking routes and short cuts. It is a very quiet end of the road despite being near a school. I am the live-in landlord but I do go out quite a lot and have a very busy work life. I am looking for a bubbly and sociable housemate but one that is also reliable, tidy and respectful of sleeping patterns during the week- I know live in landlords sound quite scary but really I am very easy to get on with. Ideally the tenant will be a professional however if you are a student and can afford the rent payments I would be happy too.
