We have a lovely little room to rent in our beautiful family home on Groathill Road North, Edinburgh. The location has fantastic bus services and is only 15 mins from city centre by bus, also near by the is Craigleith retail park with huge Sainburys, M&S and loads of retail shops.
The house has 4 bedrooms altogether and one is free. I am currently in one room, my mum and partner have one room and my sis the other. We have one regular bathroom and one large bathroom with bath and shower. We also have a very large kitchen, large dining room and large living room, garden with large hut and private parking.
So although the room is small the rest of the house is very spacious and there is plenty of spare space for storage. And the house is in such a lovely setting and has plenty of peace and quiet as no direct neighbours.
