5 friendly flatmates from England, France and New Zealand have a lovely room in a beautiful flat to rent in Stepney Green for 2 months from mid August until mid October for just £645 per month (approx. £150 per week), ALL inclusive.
The flat has a
- modern kitchen with large sink, oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and breadmaker
- bathroom (between 4 people) with toilet, sink, towel rail, shower and bath
- a very large sitting room/dining room with a plasma TV, sound system, piano, large dining table and chairs, and bookshelf space.
-Storage cupboards and coat area.
-Outside terrace and communal garden.
The bedroom has a beautiful wrought iron Prince sized bed in it (basically a double bed), desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and under-bed storage drawers.
- Wooden floors and cream painted walls throughout the flat
- Very hot water and efficient heating system
-Quiet area away from traffic
- 5 minute walk from Stepney Green Station
-10 minute walk from Limehouse DLR
-Excellent bus links and 10 minutes from Whitechapel, 15 minutes from Brick Lane/Shoreditch.
- Half an hour commute by tube in to the city (Covent garden, London bridge) door to door.
-Next to Stepney Green Park

They are very friendly and fun and we cook, drink wine, watch movies and go out together. Someone relaxed and sociable would be great to join!
