Furnished bedroom, complete with desk, double bed, cupboards draws etc to rent at 117 Rhymney street, the house is lovely (we made sure it was perfect after troubles last year)
Unfortunately I have found a placement for this year, so my room is available.
Both housemates are very nice (I lived with them both for 2 years previously), they do smoke but the house is a non smoking house so that should not be a problem. Both are 3rd year students, studying Maths and Geology.
The house is within close proximity (5-10 mins) to Cardiff university. There is a Tesco less than 5 minutes away, and Lidl is en route walking back from uni.
The road itself is located just off Salsbury road so no need to worry about noise. All bedrooms are upstairs, so no one needs to worry about having the bottom floor room (which is generally unpopular) There is a small garden, and the kitchen is a good size.
