Flat is located in the New build estate in Black Dam / Viables.

The Room for Rent is NOT Furnished but ready for you to fill as you wish for your comfort. Rest of the place is fully furnished.

Flat is on the ground floor and consists of 2 bedrooms and a small Study I use for Laundry.

Although the Room for rent does not have en-suite, The main Bathroom will primarily be yours apart from the occasional use of the toilet as I have my own bathroom in my room. Bathroom has a bath and built in shower head .
Large lounge fully furnished with plenty of seating fitted with Broadband/WIFI and Sky.
A small kitchen off the side of the Lounge. Kitchen has all the amenities and white goods including a dishwasher just very small not very spacious .
Flat includes communal garden which we are free to use at any time.
There is plenty of parking around the Flat and has good transport links to town Centre & train station.
No preferences with smoking but please note smoking only permitted in the Garden.

I do have a dog, a 3yr old Staffordshire bull terrier male. Please don’t let the bad publicity of his bread put you off as he is the most loving affectionate dog and wants nothing more than attention. He loves people and is honestly so loveable.

Looking for a clean, tidy, professional, easy going, friendly person that enjoys relaxing and socialising with friends. would prefer a house mate that appreciates work as don’t want noise throughout the night on week days. I have no issues with people that are into clubbing/partying and likes that life style as long as it’s considered when at home.
I am a sociable person and will have friends/ My partner over and am happy for you to have friends/partner over also. I only ask that you are considerate with this.
