You would have full use of all facilities in the house, including bath/shower, washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave. The rent includes all bills plus broadband and full Sky plus multi room package.
The house is located in a quiet area just off Holderness Road which is excellent for shopping, bars, restaurants, takeaways etc. It is also close to the city centre with buses passing every couple of minutes to all the main destinations. It is also easily accessible for contractors working at BP Saltend and Easington and close to Reckitts Benickser. Parking space is available outside the house.
Ideally, I am looking for a professional person or mature student, must be clean and tidy, sorry no DHSS. As for me, I am sociable with a good sense of humour and get on well with most people, and all ages. Although I am socialable I also like my own space from time to time so it would be nice to share with someone similar. I have two adorable cats so you must be able to accept them as part of the package.
