Looking for a low maintenance, professional and clean lodger to share a large 4 double bed executive home with. (All bedrooms in the house are very big doubles and the house is over 3 floors creating plenty of airy living space).
My work takes up most of my time and I am additionally studying for a professional pharmacology qualification so am really looking for a house mate that will just get on with things and is independent and happy.
I am open, friendly and respect the space of others and personal property which helps to create a trustworthy home. Cleanliness is very important to me and respecting house colleagues quality of home life - therefore I like to keep a clean home and organised environment and am additionally looking for a house mate with similar values.
(Iwade Sittingbourne is a pretty commuter village with all local amenities available, local shops, health centre and a wonderful village award winning pub/restaurant; the Wool Pack - the village has superb main road networks and a regular bus service running into Sittingbourne town centre and near to the train station, Canterbury, Maidstone, Sheerness and surrounding towns are accessible from the bus stop - the village is a friendly community with a beautifully clean location and area).
