Double bedroom in a 2 bedroom house. The owner lives in the other bedroom. House has WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, central heating, downstairs bathroom, garden.
Whoever moves in has access to all communal areas. Must like cats as you will be sharing with one.
The room has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Newly painted and carpeted. I can provide bedding and towels but you will have to wash them!
I work full time in a flexible hours job. Am looking for a reliable, fun but quiet person to share the house with. Must be willing to clean up after themselves and want to participate in communal living.I am chatty and like socialising, but also spend plenty of time at home relaxing.
