Hello

I'm looking for new flat mates to replace two friends that have recently both moved out to move in with their respective girlfriends.

I'm very laid back and easy going when it comes to life around the house and life in general. I'm very busy with 2 jobs and various evening activities so you will have plenty of time and space to yourself.

i can show you around the local area and the social scene if you are moving from far afield.

I'm clean. Organised. easy to get along with and like i say i'll be out of your hair alot of the time.

The House is in a great location is easy commuting distance of Torbay, Newton Abbot and Exeter. Good transport links with the road and rail. Within easy reach of all of South Devon.

The House itself is converted from two small cottages into one 3 bed detached house.

It has all the mod cons including;

-Washing Machine
-Tumble Dryer
-Broadband (at a decent speed)
-Central Heating
-Shower and bath
-double glazing
- i have a PC, large TV, Xbox etc that i leave in communal areas for everyone to use.

Please note the rent covers all of the following (E.g all bills included);

It's £350 for the single £375 for the double.
