I have a lovely massive double room available from the 17th August, however this is flexible, in a clean, friendly house share in Streatham Common.
The room is huge, fully furnished and has lovely large bay windows.
Less than 5 minute walk to Streatham Common train station Trains to:
London Victoria
London Bridge
Balham (underground)
East and West Croydon
Shepherds Bush
Milton Keynes Central
to name a few
The house is also well serviced by a number of buses and a 10 minute walk to Streatham train station, where there is a massive new leisure centre, Tescos, bars, cafes cinema and restaurants. There is also a sainsburys 2 mins walk from the house. and a doctors surgery 2 doors away from the house.
The house is modernly decorated with laminate flooring throughout, a massive garden with sun loungers and BBQ, free parking, washing machine (usual kitchen white goods), WiFi etc.
