I have 2 large double rooms to rent in a spacious 3 bedroom flat in Fyvie.

I'm not a party person anymore (too old lol!) but I do enjoy the odd night out or in with a DVD and a glass of something.

I love cooking and always make far to much so you would be more than welcome to share.

The flat is a non-smoking flat but there is outdoor space if you do smoke.

I have pets in the flat but they are caged so wont be running around!

I don't mind if you want to have overnight guests as long as you let me know and keep the noise down.

Both rooms are available to both view and move into from today.

The flat has a large shared kitchen and bathroom , two living rooms and one would be used by you, and possible another person, and the other is used by myself and my partner.

The nearest large supermarkets are in Turriff and Inverurie, but there are 2 small convenient stores in the village as well as a pub and a very good chippy next door.

There is free off street parking available, and there are good transport links to Aberdeen and other places.

The bills are to be shared between all tenants.The rent is paid monthly in advance and the price quoted is inclusive but I would also consider weekly payments as well.

The minimum term would be 6 months, but would consider short term lets of 3 months or more.

Would also consider couples.
