I am looking for someone to share the flat with me, but Mondays to Fridays only.
The room is a good size, (approx 3. 5m x 3m) and will come furnished (Bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers) there is a TV aerial in the room which will reach anywhere within the room. Furniture can be moved to suit your preference.
There is a front room which you can use and obviously, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
Wi-fi throughout the flat.
The flat does have a balcony and beautiful large communal gardens.
the flat has also been recently painted.
It is permit parking from 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday, permits are easily obtainable and not expensive.
There is a garage available, but you would only get a small car in there.
I am a smoker, but do not smoke in the flat, smoking on the balcony.
I am a pretty easy going person, enjoy going out with my friends, but enjoy nights chilling out at home as well.
Am just looking for a professional person who needs somewhere decent to stay during the week.

The only other thing is that the estate agent that i rent through will want to reference the person moving in, they do charge for this. This is nothing to do with me and you would deal with them direct for this. However i am happy to take this cost off of the deposit that i am asking for.
