The house is in an excellent location, on Beaconsfield Crescent, just a 7 minute walk to the amenities Fallowfield has to offer, such as a large Sainsbury’s, many pubs and bars and a park. It is also only a 2 minute walk from Wilmslow road, the major route into the city centre, with an almost constant bus service running to both the universities taking only 20 minutes, and 30 into the city itself.
The house is a spacious 8 bed, spread across 3 floors, with a roomy lounge, a cosy kitchen, 2 basements, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The house is home to 7 sociable and friendly girls, all in their second year at the University of Manchester, completing a range of degrees in the arts and sciences.
I will be partaking in a study abroad programme over the second semester, therefore the room is available from Mid-December to the end of June of 2015.
