THE HOUSE -

This house is a two-bedroom terraced house and is in a perfect location to commute into a variety of locations including central London - especially with a bus stop at the end of the road that takes you to Colliers Wood tube in 5 mins or a 10-15 mins walk and there is always a seat on the tube in the morning! Very close to Wimbledon too via a 5 min tram.

It's a spacious HOUSE on a quiet road (no constant traffic!) with double glazing and gas central heating and generally recently decorated throughout. Newly carpeted on stairs, landing and spareroom. Wooden flooring in the hallway.

EXCELLENT TRANSPORT LINKS –

CYCLING: Cycle Superhighway number 7 starts a 2 minute cycle from our house and takes you all the way along a straight road following the Northern Line into central London.

BUS: Bus stop at the end of the road. Buses go to Colliers Wood tube in 5 mins or less. Also a night bus stop down the road in Mitcham Fair Green. Nearby bus can take you into Wimbledon too.

TUBE: 10-15 mins walk (or 5 mins bus) to Colliers Wood tube on Northern Line (Zone 3) (takes less than half an hour to Bank or Tottenham Court Road).

TRAM: 5 to 10 mins walk to Phipps Bridge tram stop which takes you into Overground Wimbledon station in 5 mins (then National Rail trains go to Waterloo in 15 mins) or into Croydon in about 15 mins.

OVERGROUND: 15 mins walk (or 5 mins drive) to Mitcham Eastfields Rail Station (goes between Central London – e. g. to Elephant and Castle in 20 mins and Sutton) or short journey on bus to Tooting Rail Station.

CAR: Plenty of room for parking. Can travel to Wimbledon in 9 minutes.

LOADs of nearby shops, restaurants and supermarkets:

Nearby massive M&S and RETAIL PARK with TK Maxx, Boots, Next, New Look, SportsDirect, Nando's, Frankie & Benny’s, W H Smith, Argos etc.

SUPERMARKETS -

Massive Sainsbury's up the road, Morrisons, Icelands, FarmFoods and Lidl etc 5 mins down the road in Mitcham town centre. There is also a small convenience store 30 seconds from the house and an ASDA a 3 minute walk away.

FITNESS -

Both FitSpace gym (cheap memberships!) and Virgin Active are very close. Lots of green spaces nearby too which include a new outdoor gym!

SEEKING -

Female who has a considerate nature. Ideally I would like the female to want to live here like it's her home.

My partner and I are certainly not party animals and would prefer the same in the person we are looking for. We would like someone who is mature like us. We both work full-time and keep ourselves quite busy when not working. We are both friendly and respectful. I work in the legal profession and my partner works in security. We both don't eat meat anymore at home (if this helps!) Please call me/message me if you would like to know a little more about us.

Room available from 21 April 2015. We would prefer someone who wants to stay a minimum of 6 months.

Overall it is a very welcoming, warm and comfortable home. Being a part owner of the house who lives here, there will be no 2 month delays for new showerheads or any of that!
