I am looking for lodgers to share my home with me.
I have 3 rooms available, one single, two doubles (inc. one very large double), that could be just what you are looking for!
It comes with all bills included, and outfitted with all mod-cons:
A fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, mircrowave, grill etc.
Softened and filtered running water!
Hyper-fast 100Mb wifi enabled Broadband!
Virign HD TV box in each room, as well as Tivo in the common room, with 50 inch flat-screen LCD TV.
TV package available in all rooms includes Sky Premier channels, as well as Sky Sports and Sky Movies.
All fully double-glazed and centrally-heated!
There is an orthopaedic back-massager chair, if you need a little stress relief after a long day at work! ;-)
And much more!
A cleaner comes in once a week to clean the common areas.
There is a wooden decked patio, and a garden in the back, as well as a BBQ available to use.
On-street parking is available.
The house is situated in the nice leafy Gravesend suburb of Singlewell, is about 4 minutes drive from the A2, and about a 5-10 minute bus ride into the centre of town and Gravesend train station.
Buses go frequently from the end of the street, 1 minute walk away.
There is a large Morrisons Supermarket/Fuel Station about 3 minutes drive away, as well as convenience stores at the end of the street, and Tesco express a few minutes walk.
Pubs, golf-course and parks also close-by.
This is a 'no-smoking-whatsoever-in-the- house', home. However you may go outside in the back or front garden and close the door behind you, to smoke if you wish, provided you dispose of the cig-butt thoughtfully. Thanks.
This would likely best suit a professional person, who wants a nice good standard of home-living, without the trouble and bother of house upkeep.

I want to create a fun and friendly place where we can all get on and enjoy life!
The rooms are £100 Single / £125 Double / £150 Large Double pw.
Everyone (including me) makes a reasonable and proportionate contribution of 5 pounds per person per week into the 'Household Kitty', which goes towards the weekly cleaning service as well as the consumables in the house provided for common use, such as dish-soap, hand-soap, toilet paper, air fresheners, cleaning supplies & implements, hand/tea/kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, coffee/tea, condiments, etc.
I would need 4 weeks deposit in advance, and at one least week's rent. The deposit is refundable in full when you leave provided there has been no damage, in which case the cost of repair/replacement would be subtracted from the deposit.
You are welcome to pay weekly, fortnightly, or four-weekly in advance, as best suits you.
Please provide at least two references, with one being from your current employer.
