Looking for a person to fill my bedroom in a lovely house in the very central seven dials.
The room will go for £465 and the bills come to around £100 a month plus £30 a month for a cleaner which is pretty essential as the house is so big!
Someone who enjoys going out and socialising. You will live with three others who are fun and friendly and enjoy eating dinner together and drinking wine with the occasional BBQ in the garden as well as the odd house party!
Would suit between 25- 45 year old.
Must work.
No couples.
Clean, tidy, curtious and respectful of each other.
No smoking in the house but smokers are welcome.
No pets as we already have one Cat.
English speaker preferred.
