The kitchen has full amenities inc microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cutlery, crockery etc. The living room has the usual really - TV, coffee table and a very comfy sofa!
Rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, water and council tax). The house also has Sky TV and high speed unlimited broadband, which is all included in the rent.
No pet's I'm afraid and I would prefer females only as the house is currently 2 females and I would like to maintain this.
I am the live in landlord and quite sociable, so quite happy for a chat or movie with a cheeky glass of wine! Although sometimes it's nice to have your own space too.
