Professional wanted to share my lovely, comfortable and vintage-style house. I have a double room with furniture (double bed, bedside chest, chest of draws and built in wardrobe) for rent.

The house also has a lounge, dining room, kitchen, shared bathroom and cellar (which holds a working cross trainer and room for additional gym equipment or storage).

There is also a pretty, little, low maintenance garden with furniture to seat 4.

Bills are included in the monthly cost, and include: council tax, water, electricity, gas, TV licence, and broadband.

There is on road parking just directly in front of the house and the shops in erdington are a 2 minute walk down the road opposite, with 2 convenience stores on each end of our road as well. Bus stops are located 2 minutes away and erdington train station is a short walk away (less than a mile) as well.

The house has everything you need.
