Double room in non-smoking flat available from November 2015. I don't mind if you smoke, but would ask that you step outside to do so.

The flat is very spacious and has a large living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. There is off street car parking at the flat. I will add pictures of the shared areas in the next day or two.

I have superfast broadband with wifi and Sky TV (no movies or sports, but most other channels).

All bills included except for electricity, which is included up to £50 per month total bill and then split 50-50 above that (a typical bill for me living alone here is around £30 per month) and phone calls you make on the house phone line.

Viewings welcome. Photos show room with a single bed but there is room for a double and this can be arranged. There is also a large wardrobe/drawers unit in the room. I would consider letting unfurnished.

There are good transport links to the city centre and station and good road links to the M1, M25 and A1(M) without having to travel through the morning city traffic.

I am looking for a flatmate rather than a lodger or a Mon-Fri commuter who goes home every weekend. I would prefer someone who will make this their home, rather than just a place they sleep.

I'm a network manager (IT) at a local school and also do a shift or two each week at the local pub. I can't always answer my phone at either job, so texts preferred or leave a message and I'll get back to you within 24 hours.
