Lovely, newly redecorated 2 bedroom flat with 1 bedroom available for rent from 1st June.
The area - it’s a 5 minute drive to Alexandra Parade where there are many shops, places to eat etc. 15 minute drive to Parkhead Forge Retail Park, Asda, Tesco, Cineworld etc. There is a corner shop and Post Office 5 minute walk from the flat. 10 minute drive to get onto the M8 and regular bus links on the main road. There is an ice cream van that passes by every day – if you fancy a wee ice cream! The area is quiet and the neighbours are friendly.
The Flat - my flat is 4 in a block (upper flat) and has all amenities required from Wi-Fi, Sky TV, street parking, drying green, gas central heating, electric shower, dining table, white goods in the kitchen etc.
The Room - the bedroom is newly redecorated with a single bed (there is space for a double bed if you have one), chest of drawers, bed side cabinet and wardrobe.
Your new flatmate - it’s a quiet household with myself (the owner) and my friendly, 2 year old cat Molly. I am a 31 year old female professional, working Monday - Friday. I like to cook, watch movies and meet friends. I like to be social with my future flatmate and also give them their own space. On occasion I have friends or family over for dinner but I am not one for big parties.
Requirements - I am looking for a professional female flatmate to rent out my second bedroom initially 3 months and if all goes well we can extend the tenancy. I am looking for someone responsible and who will be respectful of my property and belongings. I would like someone to move in who is clean and tidy, someone willing to share the housework for communal areas. Smoking outside only and no pets please.
Rent - rent includes cost of gas & electricity, council tax, Sky TV, TV licence and Wi-Fi. Additional costs if you use landline. Rent is £420pcm and deposit is £420. Deposit and first month’s rent to be paid in advance.
