The flat is on the top floor of a two-storey building and gets plenty of light, it's set back from the road & is nice and quiet.
The rest of the flat has a lounge, well stocked separate kitchen and good sized bathroom. Rent includes all bills. The TV comes with a freeview recorder, sky broadband, gas central heating, double glazing & shared garden.
There are good transport links, East Croydon is a short bus ride away (10mins) with fast trains to London Victoria, Gatwick Airport & Brighton. Local buses are the 154, 157, 455 (linking to East Croydon, Sutton, Morden & tramlink to Wimbledon). Waddon and Wallington stations (with links to London Victoria, Balham, Clapham Junction & Sutton) are a short bus ride or a 17min walk. There is also free on street parking available.
Wallington is a short walk away with shops, pubs, supermarket etc, or a little further afield on Purley Way, there's a big supermarket, Ikea, Next, Argos, John Lewis Home etc. Morrisons is another short walk away towards East Croydon, together with Waddon Leisure centre (£4 for a swim - bargain!).
