There is a new Pure Gym 0.2 miles/4 mins walk, Tesco Express 0.2 miles/4 mins walk, as well as a Co-op 1 mins walk just around the corner with free to use cashpoint machine.
Everything is in good order - there is a double bed and mattress in each room together with wardrobe and chest of draws, modern fitted kitchen with appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, separate tumble dryer, oven, hob, 2 x fridges, freezer, and microwave oven), central heating system, recently decorated so it's fresh and clean. Parking is available on the road. At the back of the house there is a lockable gate leading to service road, also in the courtyard is a lockable utility building for bikes and storage. The property is professionally cleaned every week top to bottom in all the communal areas – kitchen, bathrooms, loos are all sparkly and clean at least once a week :-) There is a lounge with two modern sofas, a 42” widescreen Samsung colour TV with Virgin Media TV channels and broadband and DVD player available. Bus stop just a couple of minutes’ walk on Alexandra Road. Further bus stops on Mutley Plane for other routes.
Rooms are single occupancy but of course guests are welcome and overnight stays are fine for a couple of nights a week. It's a strictly non-smoking household, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises inside or out. All bills included - gas, water, electric, council tax, TV licence, Virgin Media (fibre optic so should be fast) broadband. Rent ÂŁ90/week.
