Our flatmate is moving out and we are looking for a housemate to take her place and be part of our great home in West London.
The room is a bright large double en-suite room on the second floor with lots of natural light, available on 8th March, but possibly a few days earlier or later. The room is in an English speaking home arranged over 3 floors.
The house is shared with three other professionals: one guy and two girls in their late twenties, thirties/early forties. We are friendly, respectful, clean and tidy and are looking for like-minded professional people, who would want to treat our house as their home, socialise from time to time and enjoy the benefits of our great communal space.
The location is amazing, just walking distance from Ladbroke Grove (5-10mins) and Latimer Road (5-10mins) stations. Holland Park (20mins), White City (15mins) and Portobello Road market are within a walking distance. You can stroll down to Notting Hill and the boutiques of Westbourne Grove. The Westfield Shopping Centre is very close by (just 10 min bus ride). The area has a couple of gyms, including Virgin Active and plenty of other locations for sports. There is a Sainsbury's / Tesco next to Ladbroke Grove station and a big Sainsbury's near the house.
There are four large double ensuite bedrooms in the house. The room available features a quality double bed and two wardrobes. The rest of the furniture in the room comes from a previous tenant and could be obtained at a negotiable price.
The house features a large modern kitchen, a huge living room with a dining table and TV. There is a high speed cable broadband in the house. Kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher etc.
We have a cleaner coming every fortnight and all bills are split evenly.
There is a lovely patio and the property is situated right next to the Kensington Memorial Park.
We also benefit from a garage that is a great for storage for everybody, and one parking space.
