The house is in Pontcanna, Cardiff. It's a ten minute walk into town, a few minutes from Canton. It's also a few minutes from Llandaff fields, the Taff trail and a variety of great cafe's, pubs etc.
The cost is £490 including bills and furnished.
The house comes with a big garden (bbq and fire pit too for loads of summer fun!), big living room, seriously comfortable sofa's, big bathroom which includes a bathtub and shower.
It's a four person house share. 2 males and 1 female - we are all working professionals. We are quite busy doing our own thing but we also try and cook for each other sometimes, go for a few pints or have a BBQ!
