We have a large double room for rent in a shared 3 bedroom flat in Muswell Hill.

We will be leaving the flat at the end of March and we are looking for someone to take over the room.
Ideal for a couple but cheap enough for single occupant, too.

The house is kept clean and tidy and the other tenants are very welcoming and friendly.

It is about a 5 minute bus ride to Muswell Hill Broadway and 30 minutes to central London on the tube. There’s also a huge 24/7 Tesco close by and other local amenities as well as a retail park.

We have been living here with a cat and there is a cat flap installed in the back door leading to the garden. The current flatmates have no problems with the cat and I’m sure the estate agency would clear it with the landlord if you wish to bring yours.

Bills are split equally among all tenants and paid separately.

Broadband
Council tax

Gas is on a pay as you go meter.
