The Space:
I defined my place as the happiness in ones life. It has all the quality amenities and add-ons that you will not find elsewhere. You'll have your own sanctuary in your room with comfort; while as much as the whole place for sharing with me and my dog. I would of course hope you would treat all the amenities in the house as if they are yours too; as I have worked very hard to build this place up to this standard. There are other cool stuff in the house that you'll have to witness yourself - lighting changes to reflect different feel / mood, high speed WIFI, and alarm security with police response.
The House:
I have been living in this newly build terrace house for over 4 years. The house is immaculately clean and designed to a vintage contemporary taste. The house has hard wooden floor throughout downstairs, and beige carpet all of upstairs including the rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with loads of quality utensils and appliances. If you're into coffee, cooking and baking, the kitchen is yours too.
Two toilets and recently build walk-in shower.
Medium size garden with concrete seating area and garden table to spend the summer evenings outside.

The room that you'll loved has a Futon Company double bed, a 46" flat screen Full HD Samsung TV mounted on the wall. The room also comes with cabinets, side lamp and venetian blinds (and black out blinds if you like to sleep in total darkness).
Transportation:
Bus stop 2 mins walk, TFL station (Harold Wood) is 10-15 mins walk or 5 mins bus journey. 40 mins into Liverpool Street London by Cross Rail new trains (Elizabeth Line).
Parking:
Free off street parking.

New Lidl supermarket 2 mins walk away. Everyone Active Gym 5 mins walk.
