I have a bright furnished single room available now in a big shared house in Orpington. Bills are included.
The house has a large lounge area which opens out onto the garden. There’s a spacious dining area and the kitchen has all the expected amenities; washing machine, (new) cooker, (new) fridge freezer etc.
The upstairs “bathroom” is a wet room with sink and toilet. There’s a downstairs toilet with sink too.
There is parking for 2 average size cars and plenty of on street parking nearby.
Within walking distance there are local shops such as a Post Office, newsagent, grocery store and takeaways. Orpington town centre is a 5 minute drive or bus ride. There are bus stops within 1 minute of the house.
The house is a 5 minute drive from the rail station, or a 5 minute bus ride or a healthy 20 (or so) minute walk. The commute into London on the train is only 20 minutes.
I am looking for someone easy to get on with, who is happy to help out with chores and respects that it is a shared house.
The minimum term I prefer is 3 months.
