A nice room to let,furnished. It is a two bedroom house,which i obviously would be here too,I do not mind sharing my living room,kitchen,bathroom.Broadband Available,only extra costs would be electricity,gas etc. which is on pay as you go,
I am a friendly person,easy to get along with,I do have animals,so great if your an animal lover,like myself.
Gender not important,neither is age really.I was looking at between 23-57,like i said its not important.
House is close to all amenities,only a few minutes walk to the railway station.
As far as the terms of letting,it would be great to have the person here for a minimum of 3 months,but we could talk about this,if your interested.
