Unfurnished double bedroom available in a furnished flat. Room is large enough to fit a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, bookcase and still have a bit of floor space. It also has a really nice large bay window that can be used as a window seat. My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend and we need to replace her. Room would be available from mid-September. All the communal rooms are separate so a good sized lounge and separate kitchen, most flats these days are open plan. Secure entrances to main building which is a telephone buzzer in system and there is a private tenants car park with a reserved space for the flat which is currently used by my flatmate as I don't drive, but there are loads of spare spaces for visitors. The rent includes ALL bills which are council tax, water, electric, gas, Sky TV and internet, contents insurance, building servicing. Flat in good commuter location very close to M62 Jct 26 for Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield etc. Also close to main bus station with regular every 15 mins or so buses to Leeds and Bradford. Situated close to good amenities including Doctors, Dentists, Tesco which are all within a 5 min or less walk. I'm looking for an easy-going, considerate flatmate who doesn't mind alternating on the washing up, indulging in the odd takeaway and who is happy to watch the odd silly TV show or movie. As my flatmate you would be allowed to borrow from my 300 or so DVD collection. I work fairly traditional hours but my current flatmate doesn't so if you don't either its not a problem for me. I also work as a dance teacher, ballet is my specialty, and as a dressmaker. So should you need trousers taking up, zips replacing or help with fancy dress costumes you can always call upon my skills as my flatmate.
