I have a room to rent in a lovely quiet area. The room currently has a wardrobe and twin beds, should 2 friends want to rent together, but can also be made into a large single or small double. Parking isnt a problem, and rent includes Sky TV, Internet, UK phone calls and limited overseas calls too, plus Wifi. Large kitchen with farmhouse style kitchen table, lots of cupboard space, all plates, knives forks etc included. Well kept gardens front and rear, quiet and very pleasant location.Bus stop within 10 mins walk. Local shops also 10 mins walk, as are 2 pubs, take-away, chemists, post office. Looking to rent to 1 or 2 females or single male. As i also work i look for a hassle free, no baggage renter. House has resident cat, does not attack.
