Hi,

I have a spare room available.
It is in a great location with shops nearby and plenty of parking available. There has been a new shower room installed and I have had the lounge and spare room recently decorated.
The maisonette is ideal for those who want easy access to the city but at the same time enjoy a little peace and quiet. It also boasts other great transport links with nearby buses running until the early hours of the morning. The train station is just a short bus ride away or walk and has an overground service, one of the most reliable in the UK, the District line also runs from here. On the overground it takes just 20 minutes to the centre of London. As well as being near to London it is well situated to nearby towns of Essex.
The room is a single though it would be possible to fit a small double bed in the room, possibly on request.
I am the only other person living at the property and therefore you have pretty much the free run of the place, and don't have to worry about struggling to get into the bathroom in the morning like in some places with several tenants.

I am 24 and work in the city. I am very sociable though at the same time respect others privacy.
I enjoy running, going to the gym and nights out.
Those who have rented the room previously would agree I am very easy to live with.
