Wireless broadband, Free-view/sky TV. Garden, 5 Miles from Durham.
Monday to Friday use only, though I would consider occasional/alternate weekend use.
This would probably suit someone who is working in the area short term and travels home at the weekend.
The house is virtually your own during the week as I am always at my girlfriends.
Complete use of all facilities etc in the house.
It's a nice quiet area, decent pubs and bus routes, close to Durham and not far from Newcastle.
The room currently has a double sofa bed, but this can be replaced with a single bed if more space is required, a TV is also being installed in the room.
