Large bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom available to share with three ladies from the beginning of October.
The house has plenty of communal space including a large through lounge, kitchen, dinning room and small garden. It's approximately 10 mins walk to Peckham Rye and East Dulwich train stations and is very well served by buses.
We are a friendly household. Although we don't live out of each others pockets, we sometime socialise and cook the odd dinner together. Ideally we would be look for someone who would be up for a bit of chat when they came back from work or studies and might be up for watching the occasional DVD with us.
Rent is £500 per month exclusive of council tax and bills
