Four double rooms available to non smoking professionals in the Osbaldwick area of York. The house is a new build and will be completed in the next one or two weeks and so the rooms will not be available until 1st November 2011. Viewings will not be available until the house passes its final inspection (approx 24th Oct).
The house is right outside a bus stop towards the town centre (approx 15 minute bus ride) and is near the A64 to access the motorway.
All rooms include a bed, desk, chair and wardrobes. There is a communal kitchen/lounge and a shared bathroom on each floor.
Rent includes internet and TV license. All other bills will be shared equally among the tenants including council tax. Room rents are based on single occupancy. If you are wanting to rent a room as a couple, there will be an additional charge of £50pcm (double rooms only).
Tenant agreements will be for a minimum period of six months. References and a credit check will be required before moving in. If you are still wanting the room after the viewing, £30 reservation fee will be required which will be used to complete a full credit check. No timewasters please.
