Front bedroom furnished or unfurnished in Small comfortable terraced house with vegetable garden and rear access, on street parking, ten minute walk from transport links, twenty from the colleges.
The house is small so ideally a lodger would be relaxed but tidy.
I have lived in other peoples homes for four years and lived with lodgers for the last two years and believe in 'for the duration we each live here it is each of our home'; we dont have to be friends but it helps if we are friendly :)
I have wide interests, i enjoy music, movies, being out of the house, plodding about in the back garden, being creative, riding my motorcycle.
Im a considerate housemate, and truly wish for you to feel at home.
However i come with a health warning: As i am highly allergic to lactose/milk. You need to be willing to make every effort to keep your milky goodness to yourself and clean up behind you :)
