Hello all! We have 2 large, fully furnished double rooms available in a good location in a quirky but lovely house. The house is fully furnished as well with a beautiful massive brand new kitchen with under floor heating and a dishwasher, double oven and washing machine. We have a piano, comfy sofa, Wii and large tv in the lounge. Shower and bath in the bathroom as well as a separate Wc. There is also a library of dvds and books so all of your entertainment needs are hopefully looked after! All bills are included in the price too. There are two friendly cats and a couple of fish as well around the house so a love of animals is definitely a help. We also have a lovely garden with decking and grass perfect for BBQs in the summer.

We are a mid 20's household looking for some pretty chilled out sociable people preferably non smokers. Ideally any young professionals or mature students that aren't complete scallies or chavs would be ideal! Its a pretty classy house... until the cocktails start flowing that is so if you sound interested get in touch!
