I have an unfurnished double bedroon for rent, nicely decorated. All facilities will be shared. There is internet available via WiFi and tv downstairs. The whole house is spacious with a downstairs toilet and large back garden with decking. The rate includes internet, council tax and water.


I'm looking for a professional person who is clean and tidy and respectable of the house. I would prefer non smokers but can be considered.

I'm 23, work evenings and live on my own with my dog (jack russell) which is well trained.
