A double room to rent out in a three bedroomed house in st johns, worcester, bills included. the house is on a quiet street, there are two double rooms, and a single guest/office at the moment.
There is a good size kitchen and cosy lounge, the house is furnished apart from your bedroom,
also living at the house are two cats, and we have a lovely little garden, with a shed and decking. lovely sun trap in the summer.
I am currently a tenant looking for someone to house share, the house would be half yours as you would need to sign on a contract from the estate agent and pay the standard fees, the contract woould be for 6months and again after that if desired, etc, we also have a house inspection every three months, but this is only to see and make sure everything is still working.
I am a relatively clean and tidy person, and would want someone who is the same.
I like going out, but also love nights in and seeing friends.
