It is a quiet residential area, a ten minute walk to Tescos and the large nature reserve which is great for if you're into running etc.

The flat is a 3-4 minute drive to the A127/ A13 and 10 minutes to M25.

I am ideally looking for a single professional female who is clean, reliable and sociable for a friendly environment.

The room is a large double room with lots of storage. Including a double wardorbe, two chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets, double bed and tv if you need one.

There is a balcony which smokers can use but no smoking in the house please.

It's quite a big flat with lounge and dinning table and bathroom with bath/shower all of which can be shared.

I do have a kitten, shes very friendly and clean.
