Good size double room in FANTASTIC looking house in Clapham South

1 x good size double room available in a fantastic looking house, recently refurbished to a very high standard by landlord (who then moved abroad) and well kitted out including xbox, sky HD, 42" widescreen TV, internet, 2 comfy sofas, dining table and chairs etc.
this is a 3 bedroom house which was rented through an agency and owned by an Oil Trader who moved to Singapore (hence it is very nicely kitted out!). It consists of a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen, hallway, bathroom, 2 x separate toilets and garden inclusive of decking and outside mood lighting. There is also a garage which is used for storage of boxes etc. parking is available outside by obtaining a permit from the council (no one else in the house has a car so securing a permit should not be a problem).
Other housemates are 2 very easy going male young professionals from Ireland who both work up in the city (one of them was actually a spare room applicant previously who then went on to move with us to our next location, being this house). I am sadly only moving on as I have just bought a flat down the road.
Looking for someone else similar who fits in nicely and is easy to get along with. Similar interests would help being the usual football, music (both guys are into house), going out, playing fifa (no particular standard required!) and having fun. Though as long as your genuinely just a nice person i'm sure it whatever dynamics you bring would be fine :)
The house is actually rented on a 2 year lease which started in August (coinciding with the trader landlord moving abroad). Agreement with letting agent is that tenants are free to move out at any point as long they replace themselves with someone else, so you would not be tied into a lengthy contract if you did not want to be. The added benefit of being in a multi-year deal however is that the rent is also fixed for the entire term, so there is no sudden and unforeseen increase in rent on the anniversary date next august!
The room available is of a very good double size complete with new double bed (purchased in August), clothing rail and chair. despite its good size, this room is actually still the smallest the 3 and so charges the least rent.
All bills are split fairly and evenly on a monthly direct debit basis which is paid into one central account taken care of by one of the other housemates. Making things very easy! We also have a cleaner who comes once a week.
Flat is about 10-12 min walk to Clapham South station. There is also a bus stop right outside which runs to the station (and up to stockwell) which cuts the journey to about 4 mins!
Flat is available from 7th Jan though may be able to negotiate earlier move in if required.
