We are wanting to rent our double room to any professionals who are easy to get on with. The room comes fully furnished and the lounge has the full sky tv package. We also have broadband which is wifi and you can use at your leisure.

We are just a 5 minute stroll into wigan centre where you will find great transport links to Manchester/ Liverpool and most other towns within the northwest area either via bus or catch the train from one of our two train stations.

Wigan wallgate - Manchester All Stations - 35mins
Wigan northwestern - Liverpool lime st - 40mins

To secure this room we require a damage deposit of £100. 00 upon signing of your contract.
