It is a family home and my Mother is the landlady. She is very friendly and doesnt have many rules, as long as the rent is paid ontime and you treat her and the house with respect thats about it. There are three cats and a small dog in the house, all very friendly. You will have use of all the facilities except the living room. There are alot of amenities near by i.e. shops, pubs and takeaways, plus buses into Swindon which go every 10 minutes upto 7 oclock Highworth is a lovely small town, a great place to live.
